What is Ecstatic Dance
Ecstatic Dance is a space requiring no dance experience, free from figures and performance anxiety. It is a space where we reach ecstatic states through the liberation of the body, voice, and breath.
It celebrates freedom of expression without words, judgments, and masks.
It is playful, magical, and builds strong connections.

Why Bonjuk Bay?
Turkey is the place where continents, cultures, and ancient traditions meet. Bonjuk Bay is a living space that has hosted this for
many years.
It is a special bay designed for festivals in the heart of nature with the poetic beauty of the Mediterranean.

Respect & Care
We dance in an environment where we are respectful and caring towards ourselves and each other.
Barefoot
We also liberate ourselves from shoes. It supports us in re-establishing our connection with the ground.
Sober & Clean
Ecstatic Dance is a dance experienced completely sober and conscious.
Without Talking
Every moment we talk, we move away from the present moment. Our goal is to be in the moment and in the body.
No Phones & Cameras
In order to completely let ourselves go, we keep phones and cameras away from our dances.

Pina Baran
Facilitator, space holder, ecstatic dance DJ and dancer; dedicated to creating spaces of existence, connection, and inner exploration. His musical journeys, rooted in Anatolian and Mediterranean heritage and inspired by global rhythms, bring together deep, organic beats and emotional melodies. He invites everyone to authentic expression, heartfelt connection, and a shared space of
transformation through music and movement.
Alexey Kuzmin
One of the founding figures of the Ecstatic Dance movement in Moscow and one of Russia's most traveled Ecstatic Dance DJs. Involved in conscious movement
practices like 5Rhythms, freedomDANCE, Open Floor,
Movement Medicine, and Ecstatic Dance for over 15 years. He sees dance as a way to connect deeply with ones life energy, inner truth, and authentic essence.
Kaylani
A DJ and community builder who has been in Ecstatic Dance and conscious dance scenes around the world for the past five years, creating deep transformation spaces through music and movement. While performing at
festivals from Germany to Bali, India to Portugal, she has
also played an important role in shaping the Ecstatic
Dance movement on Siargao Island.
Boggiemaister
One of the pioneering names of the Global Bass scene, aiming to bring people together with the unifying power of music and dance. Co-founder of the Beats without Borders collective and creator of the Remix The Earth
project, he has created a unique sound blending rhythms
from cultures around the world with electronic music.
Masonic Toryen
Mexican-born music producer, multi-instrumentalist, Ecstatic Dance guide, and live looping artist creating spaces where music turns into a ritual. Rooted in Mayan heritage, drawing inspiration from the living wisdom of the Nahuales and the rhythms of the moon, he blends ancestral wisdom with contemporary sounds in his unique
"Cosmic Mayan Dance" style

I haven't attended ecstatic dance before. Is this festival suitable for me?
Yes. The festival is suitable for both first-timers and those who have been practicing for years. No figures, no right or wrong. Just letting yourself go into the festival is enough.
What should I bring?
Clothes you can move comfortably and feel free in is the most important. A detailed list will be shared with you after registration.
How is the accommodation?
You can check our accommodation section for accommodation options. Tell Bonjuk Bay where you want to stay while registering.
Is transfer included in the price?
No. Your arrival to and departure from Bonjuk Bay is entirely your responsibility. You can ask for support for airport transfer (paid)
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
Purchased festival tickets are non-refundable. In case you cannot attend, you can transfer your ticket to another participant, but the organization team must be
informed in advance.
